Returns & Refunds

At Bella Mia by Gabbay, each piece is carefully curated and released in limited quantities. All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they leave our studio in excellent condition.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect address entered at checkout

  • normal wear

  • improper care

  • misuse or accidental damage

  • items that do not fit personal preference or expectation

We encourage reviewing product descriptions, materials, and measurements carefully before purchasing. If questions come up prior to ordering, we are happy to assist.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.


Additional Notes

Bella Mia is not responsible for:

  • packages marked as delivered but not received

  • shipping carrier delays

  • natural wear, patina, or fading of finishes over time
